In 2018, Barbie started The Rustic Lid Candle Company in the kitchen of her home. She has always loved the sense of community and wanted a company that connects others through candle making. The first product launched was the rustic lid jar candle. Although starting a new business has not always been easy, we have now grown at such a rapid pace that we decided to bring another family into the business.
 
Due to the rapid growth in the business, Barbie teamed up with Heather in 2020 to continue to pursue the vision she had for The Rustic Lid Candle Company. These two ladies are committed to providing a quality product to our consumers, as well as providing an avenue for locals to stay connected in their communities through privately held candle making parties. We are always trying to find different ways to improve our product and work tirelessly to ensure that each candle exceeds the expectations of our customer. Our commitment has always been and will always strive to handcraft each candle with all natural wax, clean scents and now dye free.
 
With each candle we sell, we are devoted to investing back into our local communities, to provide for future generations. This is more than a candle company; it is an avenue for us to build life long relationships with our customer base and provide for the future of our families, friends, and communities.
